Hot Chocolate Cup

My favorite and easy peasy way fo making hot chocolate. Here no chocolate is involved, only cocoa powder – so use a good quality brand. It is my best friend while lazing around on a cold day.

Ingredients:

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
⅓ warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla granules
½ cup whipped cream
3 ½ cups milk

Directions:

Combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan.
Add the warm water and bring just to a boil while you stir.
Pour in the milk and heat it to a high temperature. Do not boil.
Remove from the heat, pour the drink into mugs, and top each with whipped cream.
